About Our Location

Our location is unique as our rentals are all located within close proximity of each other, except for two downtown apartments. We have a community area for grilling, socializing and hanging out. 
 
Our location is special because our rentals are steps away from Peacock River Ranch, located on the scenic Leon River. You will have access to hiking trails and a small private park overlooking the Leon River. 
 
We are located 10 minutes from the front gate of North Fort Hood. Gatesville boasts several great restaurants and is proud of its small town atmosphere and charm. We still have parades at Christmas and 4th of July with our county courthouse decked out in lights during the holidays.
